01
Original by nature.
We start with an idea worth telling — one with a voice, a heartbeat, and something genuinely new to say.

WHAT WE ARE
A home
for stories
that last.
Every great story begins with a point of view. We give it a world to grow into.
ORIGN PICTURES is an independent story and IP development studio based in Seoul. We create original narratives and shape them into compelling story worlds for film, television, and beyond.
Our work brings together imagination, thoughtful development, and a collaborative spirit — creating stories with distinct identities and the freedom to travel across cultures and formats.
FROM THE FIRST IDEA, FOR THE LONG JOURNEY
STORY IS THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING.
OUR BELIEF
A story is never
just a story.
It is a perspective. A possibility. A world someone has yet to discover.
02
Better together.
Stories grow through conversation. Different minds, shared curiosity, and the courage to challenge what is on the page.
03
Beyond boundaries.
We make stories with the freedom to take on new languages, perspectives, and forms — without losing what makes them human.
CREATIVITY WITHOUT BORDERSORIGN PICTURES ©
THE CREATIVE PROCESS
From a single spark
to entire worlds.
Great storytelling is both instinct and craft. We give ideas the space, structure, and attention they need to become something extraordinary.
Every story starts with a question. We explore fresh ideas, unexpected perspectives, and the emotional core that makes a narrative worth telling.
We develop distinctive characters, story arcs, and richly imagined worlds — building strong foundations for original intellectual property.
Through our collaborative writers' room, we refine structure, dialogue, and dramatic detail — shaping ideas into fully realized stories and scripts.
We imagine the life of a story beyond its first form, developing narratives with the creative flexibility to grow across screens, languages, and audiences.
OUR OUTLOOK
Some stories are meant to stay with you.
Others are meant to go places.
WE MAKE BOTH.
